Our maximum capacity depends on the season. From May through September we can accommodate up to 150 persons using the deck, dining room and garden. Then guests enjoy our redwood deck spilling with flowers for dancing, eating, and mingling. French doors lead from the deck into our French country inn dining room. November through April we suggest a maximum of 80 guests to allow for an inside event in case of rain. We charge $500 to $2,900 rental fee to cover the cost of the use of the restaurant, deck, and garden. This also covers small table bouquets and five large bouquets matched to your color scheme which decorate the dining room, buffet table, and beverage table. Special low season rates through May 4th. Our events location includes linens, plateware, glassware, silverware, tables, and chairs for the deck and dining room, patio heaters, firewood in the fireplace, huge stone barbecue, market umbrellas and canopies. We offer an enticing variety of appetizers and entrees. Everything is homemade using the freshest ingredients, locally grown whenever possible. Organic produce and meat is our preference and we are open to any ideas or suggestions. Light appetizers with sparkling wine are usually followed by a buffet meal on the deck and in the dining room. Our desserts are made to order by our pastry chef. Wine, beer, cocktails, and other beverages can be ordered ahead and served at our menu prices. The price per person, including everything mentioned above, the rental cost, food, beverages, servers, setup and cleanup, tax and gratuity, usually ranges from $75 to $130 per person "out the door." Our 12-room bed and breakfast hotel accommodates up to 24 guests if you require lodging for your Half Moon Bay event. Please use the Inquiry Form to give us your details and we'll contact you.
